Whether you're sending a card to someone close by or across the world, we'll take care to pack your order and get it on its way.

Australia

Standard delivery — $2

Tracked delivery — $6

Complimentary delivery on orders over $60 AUD.

Free Local Delivery — Canberra

A little closer to home. We offer free local delivery within the Canberra region every Friday, bringing your favourite cards straight to your door.

For orders of $20 or more, simply select local delivery at checkout and place your order by Thursday midday for Friday delivery.

International

We offer worldwide delivery, with the exception of certain shipping arrangements for Gulf countries.

Standard delivery — $3

Tracked delivery — $15–$20

Complimentary delivery on orders over $120 AUD, excluding Gulf countries.

Gulf countries

For Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman, shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout. Complimentary delivery is not available for these destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the recipient. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by destination.

A personal touch, handwritten

Make your card a little more personal with our handwritten message service.

Add your message at checkout and we'll carefully write your words by hand, place them inside your chosen card and send it directly to your recipient.

Processing & Dispatch

Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Tracked orders include shipping confirmation and tracking updates so you can follow your card on its journey.

Delivery Estimates

Australia — metropolitan areas: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

International: Delivery times vary by destination and postal service. Please allow additional time for customs clearance and local postal delays.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are additional to our 2–4 business day processing period.
