Thank you for shopping with Cardioid Cards! We want to make sure you have plenty of shipping options & that your order arrives safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process and costs.

Shipping within Australia

Free untracked post sent via Australia Post (max 2 cards).

Tracked post via Australia Post or Sendle $8.00.

Free tracked shipping via Australia Post or Sendle on card only orders over $80.

International Shipping

We are delighted to ship internationally! Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes in their country. Delivery time frames are an estimation only. We recommend using a tracking service for all international orders.   

Untracked post sent via Australia Post FREE (max 2 cards).

Tracked post via Australia Post or Sendle $20 (max 10 cards).

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within 2-4 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched if using a traced service. 

Delivery Timeframes

Australian Metro Areas: 3-5 business days

Australian Regional Areas: 5-7 business days

International Orders: 14-21 business days (times will vary depending on untracked/tracked orders & customs)

Order Tracking

For tracked items, once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

On all orders sent without tracking, if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, we will resend at no extra cost, provided the order has been returned to Cardioid Cards and the address details provided were correct.
