Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post.

Orders shipped using our Free Shipping (Australia) or International Standard (Untracked) service are sent without tracking or delivery confirmation. As these services are untracked, Cardioid Cards is unable to provide updates on the location of your parcel once it has been dispatched.

If an order is returned to Cardioid Cards due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If the original shipping address provided at checkout was correct and the parcel is returned to us, we will resend your order at no additional shipping cost.

Tracked shipping options are available at checkout for customers who would like to monitor their delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
